Saturday Morning Traditions
Every Saturday morning, Ben wakes up early with the kiddos and takes them to Home Depot and then returns with Dunkin Donuts...all the while I sleep in. It's just one of the million reasons why I love Ben so much. It just dawned on me that my dad used to do the same thing with my brother and me. He would take us to the local hardware store on Saturday mornings where they would have donuts for the patrons. It just so nice that my kiddos have the same tradition that I had as a child...purely by accident.

That's so cool. Matt often takes the kids out on Saturday mornings too, but his vice is Starbucks. I have to know though ... does Ben need something at Home Depot every Saturday? Wow, I'm feeling very home-improvement inspired, if so!
I'm so jealous. Our Saturday morning tradition also includes Dunkin Donuts but hubby doesn't take the kids with him. :-(
I need Ben to come talk to my Brian! LOL! I am glad they have that bonding time. That is awesome.
