So I guess you have been wondering where I have been this past week and the answer is not simple and still quite confusing to me but I now see the light!
Over the past week, we have been looking at houses, meeting with our mortgage broker, fixing up some little stuff at our house and talking A LOT! And did I mention stay awake at night worrying...well, that was just me, not us! We have come to the decision that we are not going to sell yet and that we are going to stay put for now. After looking at houses and prices, we have decided that right now we can not comfortably afford to get what we want in a house and a yard. We could swing it but I mean we would be destitute and that's just not fair to the kiddos. I want them to be able to take music class and go to preschool and I want us to be able to spend when we what to spend and go on vacation. So it looks like we are staying where we are for at least a year or two...and ya know what, I feel really good about that decision and I am sleeping better too!

You can always tell a good decision by a good nights sleep after you make it - sounds like it wasn't meant to be just yet. Im' sure some great talks with Ben have ensued as a result! : ) yeah!
